EXHIBITION ?FUTURAMA?
Douglas Perez. Máxima Workshop Gallery
On this occasion, his attention is focused on the Havana capital and he plays with various concepts from the 50s of the last century. Its iconography deals with architecture, posters and advertising typical of that stage, in such a way that the pieces seem to belong to another bygone era.
The protagonist of the exhibition is the ?Vedado? series, made up of around fifty watercolors, the first pieces of which date from 2006.
Images of modern buildings in Havana's Vedado flood the gallery walls, and become an allegory of Cuban identity.

Travel to Cuba in the month of JANUARY
When to travel to Cuba?
If you want to start the year with renewed batteries, traveling to Cuba in January will be a rush of adrenaline for your body and mind.
Cuba is an eternal summer! The climate is very stable, and the temperatures are mild throughout the year, that is to say, all year round you can bathe in the best beaches and keys in Cuba, even in February, when the water remains around 24º and the temperature oscillates between 17 and 28ºC.
You will not have to deal with the intense tropical rains and the humidity is usually lower, so visiting Cuba at this time is highly recommended.
An ideal period to carry out activities as diverse as diving or snorkeling on the beaches of the northern keys. In turn, the lower temperature is ideal for exploring the Viñales caves and hiking or horseback riding while appreciating the tobacco plantations. Julienne Lopez Hernandez
