In Tope de Collantes

• Pick up at 09:00 in your accommodation and transfer by car to the natural environment of Tope Collantes.

• From there you will start a medium-high difficulty walking tour with a private guide of about 3 hours along the Sendero de Vegas Grandes, including a bath in natural pools.

• Creole food on the grill in Ecoalojamiento el Manantial.

Tope de Collantes is located in what is known as the mountainous group the Escambray, a historical natural scenario that was the protagonist in the Cuban revolution because it was there that Che Guevara's camp was installed.

Sendero de Vegas Grandes has lush vegetation, a cave, a viewpoint, waterfalls, bathing pools, birds and plants that illustrate the Cuban nation's fauna, steep slopes where climbing could get tricky, while trekking through this kind of selvatic canyon.

After the hike, we recommend resting and recovering at EcoAlojamiento el Manantial, a very tasteful and singular rustic establishment, with its own farm, where they cook their own food on the grill. They also have a natural pool where you can take a bath.
